PAYMENT POLICY

Booking & Deposit Policy

When booking any service, a deposit of $20 is required to secure your appointment. This deposit:

  • Is applied toward the total cost of your service

  • Is fully refundable if you cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment

  • Is non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or fail to show up

  • Helps us ensure appointment availability for all clients

Refund Policy

All sales of services at New Life Spa are considered final once the service is rendered.

Deposits are refundable only in accordance with our cancellation policy:

  • Full refund if cancelled more than 24 hours before appointment

  • No refund if cancelled within 24 hours of appointment

Gift Cards

Physical and digital gift cards cannot be redeemed online. To redeem a gift card or certificate, please call us at (510) 739-6088 to validate and apply it toward your treatment.

For third-party gift cards (such as SpaWeek, SpaFinder, Groupon, or other platforms), you must call us before booking to provide your gift card details.
